At Beeadventure Safaris, we understand that your journey to climb Mount Kilimanjaro or experience a Tanzanian wildlife safari is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
We also recognize that unexpected circumstances can sometimes affect travel plans. To ensure clarity and fairness for all our guests and partners, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.

Why Full Refunds Are Not Always Possible

Every Beeadventure Safaris experience involves coordination with multiple partners, all of whom require advance payments. These include accommodations, park authorities, local airlines, and suppliers.
Once payments are made, many of these costs become non-refundable, which limits our ability to offer full refunds in every case.

Key Factors Affecting Refunds:

  • Hotels and Lodges: While we manage a few of our own accommodations, most safaris include stays with partner lodges that have independent cancellation policies.
  • Local Airlines: Internal flights are often booked well in advance, and most tickets carry non-refundable conditions.
  • National Park Fees: Park and conservation fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable once processed (typically 2–3 days before the tour begins).
  • Supplies and Staffing: Preparations such as food, fuel, permits, and staff allocations are made ahead of time, and many of these costs are non-refundable.

We are also committed to supporting local communities and ensuring the job security of our Tanzanian staff.
Therefore, refund requests are handled with both fairness and sustainability in mind.

Our Flexibility Promise

We understand that emergencies such as illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events can arise.
In such cases, we strive to be as flexible as possible and will review each situation individually.
Where possible, we will offer partial or full refunds, or help you reschedule your trip at no extra cost.

Once a cancellation request is received, we will review and respond within 72 hours.

Cancellation Fees

All tours require a non-refundable deposit of USD 100 per person. This deposit is transferable to new travel dates or another traveler.
